Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

2. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Invoice or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Customized / tailored items
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
Return Process
- Email us at sales@saiilacehouse.com with your Order ID.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
- Send the product back safely in original packaging.
- After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Who Pays the Return Shipping?
- Our Mistake: (wrong item/damaged/defective) → We pay return shipping
- Customer Change of Mind → Customer pays return shipping
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged:
- Inform us within 48 hours
- Share photos/videos of the defect
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns.
